This class is Hands-on and will be taught by Chef Tara and Mel Aditjandra. You may know Mel from being one of her 22K Instagram followers, or from seeing her assisting in the kitchen. What you defiantly need to know, these are her authentic recipes, taught through family generations and now brought to our kitchen. Please refer to the AGE restriction for the class below, no exceptions. In this class, you'll learn how to make pork dumplings from scratch, including the dumpling wrappers, filled with cabbage, pork, garlic, and Asian seasonings. We'll also teach you how to make a delicious sesame oil dipping sauce with garlic, ginger, and Korean spices. While your enjoying the dumpling dinner, a demonstration of how to make a refreshing Asian cucumber salad and a decadent Hong Kong egg tart will be presented by the teaching chefs. All students will share this authentic meal together, recipes to go home with each student. Don't worry if you don't register with a partner, strangers become fast friends in our kitchen. Class is open to registered students ages 14+ ONLY.
