It's the 151st. running of the Kentucky Derby! Don't worry about bringing a fancy hat, just your appetite for classic southern Derby day food! Let's start this class of right with a Mocktail Mint Julip or The Oaks Lily! Students will then pair up and make their own Louisville "Hot Brown". Student pairs will then take on 1 of the additional recipes, rounding out this classic Derby menu. All participants will share the meal family style, and everyone leaves with all recipes. Students ages 16+ are welcome to register for the class.
