It's a perfect Mother's Day gift - a musical experience! The Lake Michigan Youth Orchestra performs at its spring concert at the Howard Performing Arts Center on the campus of Andrews University in Berrien Springs.

LMYO is the premiere orchestral experience for students in Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana. 

It provides rich musical opportunities for students ranging from middle school to high school. For over 40 years the program has continually evolved to meet the changing needs of student musicians. LMYO is the capstone of the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra's educational outreach programs. 

Students perform in a variety of ensembles including concert strings, Encore Strings, a Winds program, Encore and Concert Strings Combined, and the Youth Symphony.
