Take a mid-week break with us! This class is fast at 45-60 minutes, to get you back on track for the day. Walk into the kitchen, where all the recipes you'll learn, will already be provided for lunch! While enjoying lunch, Chef Tara will demonstrate how to make a full dinner menu, including Chicken Piccata Meatballs over Lemon Orzo, Massaged Kale Salad with feta, cucumbers and pepitas. For dessert, Angel Food Cake with Lemon Blueberry Compote and Fresh Whipped Cream. You'll leave with the recipes to all 3 delicious dishes, making it easy to duplicate at home.
